What to Expect
Gear / Equipment
Please arrive with water and towel. There will not be one provided. Water and beverages are available for purchase. Also, please arrive with proper training gear i.e., training shoes, training top and bottom.
Medical Clearance
Please be cleared by a medical physician prior to first physical training session.
First Session
First training session is free and will not incur cost.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation policy – please cancel 24 hours before your training time. Any cancellation after the 24 hours will result in a missed training session and will be deducted from your purchased training session.
